Alessandro Cantelli Forti

Alessandro has a master degree in computer science of the University of Genova with a thesis about the analysis of a data links between subsystems of an Over The Horizon radar, proposed as LOTHAR project, and accomplish synchronization goals and respect security concerns.

Since 2012 is a researcher of the “Radar and Surveillance Systems” (RaSS) National Laboratory of Pisa. His main research topics are cybersecurity, forensic engineering and accident investigation. He is involved in several EU- Ministry of Defense – MIUR founded projects such as SMARP, SCOUT, HABITAT, ISAR SKY, X-WALD. He was appointed digital evidence expert of the court in the criminal case of the COSTA CONCORDIA and NORMAN ATLANTIC. In 2013 and 2014 he teaches Network Security in a second level master founded by MIUR.
